ELECTRIC / E-BIKE SERVICES
We sell and service many brands of e-bikes in our shops, and offer a range of comprehensive service packages, tailored to suit different levels of service needs. Our certified service teams also offer a full range of regular maintenance, component specific, customer build and special project services. Stop by one of our stores and chat to our team about your specific needs and we’ll be happy to help.
Our technicians are factory-trained and appropriately certified. On a regular basis, our team performs diagnostic services, preventive maintenance, and component replacement on e-bikes. Our team can handle anything your e-bike might need.
Fully Supported Systems
Our technicians support the electronic systems of most top-quality brands of e-bike. These brands are supported: Giant, Liv, Momentum, Cannondale, Transition, Tern, Aventon, Rad Power and others that are equipped with Yamaha, Bosch, Fazua, Hydrive and Shimano STEPS systems.
Partially Supported Brands
For other brands of e-bikes, roll: can service the traditional mechanical bicycle components, but not the electronic aspects. For example, we can replace the chain on such bikes, but cannot service the electric drive system. We frequently service the tires, wheels, brakes and shifting of such bikes.
Aftermarket e-power kits are not serviceable
roll: does not support aftermarket e-bike kits. We do not perform any services on bikes equipped with aftermarket motor kits. Simply put, we believe that adding a power kit to a traditional bicycle is unsafe. Those bikes were not typically designed to handle the additional stress that motors create. We reserve the right to refuse service on any product we deem unsafe.
