We want you to love your new bike.
Ride it for up to 50 days, and if you don’t absolutely love it, we’ll exchange it for you, or take it back, no questions asked. Just visit one of our shops, or email us at hello@rollbicycles.com with your original order confirmation number, and we’ll be in touch to verify all the details*.
*Discounted or clearance bikes may not be returned. UpCycle bikes may not be returned. Bike must be in like-new condition. Any repairs or part replacements needed to bring the bike to like-new condition will be deducted from the return credit.
