 MAY 10 2020 - AN UPDATE ON OUR SHOPS, SALES, AND SERVICE CENTERS.

When we took the difficult decision to voluntarily close our showrooms to the public 6 weeks ago, we did so out of caution and concern for the health and safety of our team. As we transition to this next phase, I want to again thank every customer that has stood by us as we’ve navigated the last handful of weeks. Throughout this, your support has been AMAZING as we hustled hard to continue to offer the best possible service and support to our communities during these trying times. Now as we adapt and evolve our policies and protocols and welcome any input on how we might better serve you.

1 - OUR SHOWROOMS ARE NOW REOPENED

Beginning Tuesday May 12th, the state’s stay-at-home order is being relaxed allowing some other retail businesses to partially reopen. After careful consideration, and examination of our existing procedures, we will also be opening our showroom doors to once again welcome the community into our shops. Please see below for the ways in which we can continue to serve your biking needs.

2 - FACIAL COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED INSIDE

All of our staff will be wearing face coverings while working with customers, in accordance with the Governor’s order. We are also requiring everyone coming into the shop for any reason to also wear a face covering for everyone’s health and safety. Thank you for respecting this policy.

3 - PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING

While we ask everyone to respect social distancing norms while inside, we will specifically restrict the number of people at or near the counters and registers and ask that everyone keep at least six (6) feet back from anyone already checking out.

4 - THANK YOU FOR NOT LINGERING

We also kindly ask that you not linger in the shop any longer than needed to get your items or your bike scheduled for serviced. We want to hang and talk bikes too, but we need to make sure the space is safe for all—us and you.

5 - ALLOW US TIME TO CLEAN FOR YOU

In offering test rides, bikes that are not purchased will be disinfected before being returned to the sales floor. We apologize in advance if it might take us a little longer to help you as we attend to our own cleaning and safety standards in general.

6 - CONTINUING SHORTER HOURS

In order to concentrate our available team members, our hours will remain the same for now: 11am - 7pm every day except Sunday when we will be open 11am - 5pm.

7 - WE CAN STILL SERVE YOU CURBSIDE AND REMOTELY

Finally, In addition to reopening our showrooms, we are continuing to offer curbside service for any customer who might prefer it, free local pick up and delivery on service bikes + purchases over $50, and New Bike Consultations by appointment, details can be found below.

Our service departments are fully operational as our teams continue to spin wrenches in the trenches to keep you riding at appropriately safe social distances. We’re offering:

  • Curbside pick up and drop off at all 3 shops.
  • Practicing touch-less check-in and checkout. 
  • Just call the shop number when you arrive.
  • Free home pick up and delivery for your convenience.
  • Please schedule your service pick-up now.

While the way we check in and out has changed, you can still expect the same great work on your bike from our service team, with the added convenience of pick up & delivery to your home if you prefer.

PERSONAL BIKE CONSULTATION AND TEST RIDE BY APPOINTMENT

A Personal Bike Consultation is your chance to dive in deep with one of our bike experts. One of our knowledgeable team will meet you at the shop, and set you up with what you need for your new bike during a 1-on-1 session with limited distractions. During the appointment, your consultant will:

  • Help identify the type and model of bike that best suits your needs?
  • Discuss you with all the gear and equipment you might need to maximize your ride experience?
  • Answer your most pressing questions on how to get the most out of your ride.
  • Facilitate test rides to make sure that your new bike is correctly fit, and dialed in for you
